By then a South American neurobiologist, facing the discovery of water on a Mars thereto believed utterly dry; then working out, finding and communicating how and how much of such a water at minus 100 degrees centigrades would yield liquid water (as a film on the fissures´ surfaces) diffused into biological microorganisms, and knowing of circadian cycles found in the Viking I & II seven "Labeled Release" experiments that recorded up to nine months each, presented the received and the copied files of recorded signals as holotype and epitypes of a new biological species (Gillevinia straata Crocco, 2006) amenable to progressive epistemic mediation (i.e., to a refinement to be attained over long time by adding new, initially future information). The news got utterly silenced. Also the author got notoriously attacked on a popular site, Wikipedia, by a Spanish-fluent subject ("BatteryIncluded") who, later, surfaced as foreign to exobiology, being instead a military counterintelligence specialist intensely contributing to the encyclopedia´s articles, including those related to Life on Mars. This feature much strengthened this author´s belief that Sagan´s early paper had been subject, too, to a deliberate silencing which Zygutis clearly points out by calling it a "conspiracy". As we celebrate the 20-year anniversary of Carl’s death, The Sagan Conspiracy is sure to fundamentally alter how the world thinks about extraterrestrials. ------ "With this book I believe I am the first to recover and make public written material on ancient alienism that was crafted by Dr. Carl Sagan that has been suppressed and covered up by NASA.
