این جلد شامل سخنرانی‌های ششمین سمپوزیوم دانشکده‌های حقوقی سئول-فرایبورگ است که در فرایبورگ برگزار شد. برادر از زمان آغاز به کار آن در سال 1996، مشارکت بین دانشکده حقوق دانشگاه ملی سئول و دانشکده حقوق در دانشگاه آلبرت-لودویگز ثمرات متعددی به بار آورده است و به درک متقابل تفکر حقوقی و تحقیقات حقوقی در فرهنگ های حقوقی و نظام های حقوقی کمک قابل توجهی کرده است. و در عین حال سنت قدیمی و ارزشمند ارتباط نزدیک حقوق کره و آلمان. سمپوزیوم 1395 نیز مانند سمپوزیوم قبلی، با موضوع کلی «رابطه قوه مقننه و قوه قضائیه» به مسئله ای اساسی اختصاص داشت که جلوه های خاص آن در حقوق اساسی، نظریه حقوق، حقوق خصوصی، حقوق جزا، حقوق تجارت و حقوق اداری است. سخنرانی ها و بحث ها بود. با مشارکت های Un Jong Pak، Matthias Jestaedt، Ralf Poscher، Hong Sik Cho، Kye Joung Lee، Frank Schafer، Jinsu Yune، Jan von Hein، Sank Won Lee، Ok-Rial Song، Boris Paal، Maximilian Haedicke، Seongwook Heo، Dongjin لی

Der Band enthalt die Vortrage des 6. Seoul-Freiburg Law-Faculties Symposium, das im Juni 2016 in Freiburg i. Br. stattfand. Seit ihrem Beginn im Jahre 1996 hat die Partnerschaft zwischen der Law School der Seoul National University und der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultat der Albert-Ludwigs Universitat vielfaltige Fruchte getragen, wesentlich zum gegenseitigen Verstandnis des Rechtsdenkens und der Rechtsforschung in beiden Rechtskulturen und Rechtsordnungen beigetragen und damit zugleich die ebenso alte wie wertvolle Tradition der engen Verknupfung zwischen koreanischem und deutschem Recht fortgefuhrt. Wie bereits die vorangehenden Symposien widmete sich das Symposium des Jahres 2016 mit dem Generalthema "Relationship between the Legislature and the Judiciary" einem grundsatzlichen Problem, dessen spezifische Auspragungen im Verfassungsrecht, in der Rechtstheorie, im Privatrecht, im Strafrecht, im Handelsrechts und im Verwaltungsrechts Gegenstand der Vortrage und Diskussionen waren.
