کنفرانس بین‌المللی تحقیقات سازمانی چین (Iccer) رویدادی سالانه است که توسط مرکز تحقیقات سازمانی Lien-Chinese، دانشگاه فناوری نانیانگ برگزار می‌شود. Iccer که به ترتیب در 13 و 14 دسامبر 2007 در دانشگاه فناوری نانیانگ و اتاق بازرگانی و صنعت چین سنگاپور برگزار شد، از حمایت گسترده محققان محلی و بین المللی مدیریت برخوردار شد و مقیاس و جایگاه علمی کنفرانس را افزایش داد. این کنفرانس از سخنرانان کلیدی معروف، از جمله پروفسور ژانگ ویینگ، رئیس دانشکده مدیریت گوانگ‌هوا، دانشگاه پکن و پروفسور ژائو رنوئی، مدیر سابق مؤسسه اقتصاد، آکادمی علوم اجتماعی چین دعوت کرد. در همان زمان، رؤسای دانشگاه نانجینگ، دانشگاه سون یات سن، دانشگاه شمال غربی و دانشکده‌های مدیریت و اقتصاد دانشگاه سیچوان، همراه با مدیران پژوهشی و اساتید بهترین مؤسسات آموزشی، حضور داشتند. علاوه بر سخنرانی‌های آکادمیک، هیئتی متشکل از اقتصاددانان برجسته مانند پروفسور Tan Khee Giap از دانشگاه فناوری نانیانگ، آقای شو لی، مدیر کل بانک صنعتی و تجاری چین (سنگاپور) و آقای جک نیو، معاون مدیر ارشد اعتباری گروه، استاندارد بانک رسمی همچنین در مورد موضوع "بین المللی سازی بانک ها در چین" بحث کرد. سخنرانی های کلیدی به همراه مجموعه ای از 25 مقاله پژوهشی عالی از کنفرانس در این مجموعه به خوانندگان ارائه می شود. این موضوعات کار اخیر در مورد استفاده از هسته ها برای درک تقارن های اساسی طبیعت را برجسته می کند. نتایج فعلی و همچنین پیشنهادهایی برای آزمایش‌های آینده ارائه می‌کند.

The International Conference on Chinese Enterprise Research (Iccer) is an annual event organized by the Lien-Chinese Enterprise Research Centre, Nanyang Technological University. Held on 13 and 14 December 2007 at Nanyang Technological University and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry respectively, the succeeding Iccer enjoyed immense support from local and international Management scholars, boosting the scale and academic standing of the conference. The conference invited famous keynote speakers, including Professor Zhang Weiying, Dean of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and Professor Zhao Renwei, former director of the Institute of Economy, Chinese Academy of Social Science. At the same time, attendance also included heads of Nanjing University, Sun Yat-Sen University, Northwest University and Sichuan University's Management and Economics schools, together with research directors and professors of the finest educational institutions. In addition to academic presentations, a panel of prominent economists such as Professor Tan Khee Giap from Nanyang Technological University, Mr Xu Li, General Manager of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Singapore) and Mr Jack Niu, Deputy Group Chief Credit Officer, Standard Chartered Bank also deliberated on the topic 'Internationalization of Banks in China'. The keynote speeches, together with a collection of 25 excellent research papers from the conference are presented to the readers in this proceedings. These topics highlight the recent work on the use of nuclei to understand the fundamental symmetries of nature. It presents current results as well as proposals for future experiments.
