نحوه قضاوت در مورد طالع بینی انحراف از روش مرسوم درمان طالع بینی است. این مطالعه در مورد استفاده از فال در زندگی روزمره هر مرد است. این اثر در دو جلد در دوازده خانه تقسیم شده است که هر کدام به ترتیب متوالی شامل شش جلد است. دوازده خانه به رابطه مادی روح (جیوا) در سفر از گهواره تا گور اشاره دارند. مطالعه تصاویر (نمودارها) هر نکته را حتی اصول و قواعد ابتدایی حذف شده را بسیار واضح و قابل درک می کند. جلد دوم به خانه VII تا XII می پردازد. خانه هفتم نماینده زن، شوهر، ازدواج، بیماری های جنسی، شریک تجاری، دیپلماسی، استعداد و شادی عمومی است. خانه هشت نشان دهنده طول عمر، میراث، رسوایی، انحطاط و جزئیات مربوط به مرگ است. نهم بر پدر، عدالت، مذهب، رهبری شهرت، سفرها و ارتباط با ارواح حکومت می کند. دهم نشان دهنده مشاغل، حرفه، افتخارات، سفرهای خارجی و وسایل امرار معاش است. یازدهم نشان دهنده ابزار دستیابی، برادر بزرگتر و رهایی از بدبختی است. دوازدهم خسارات، مخارج، همدردی، علم الهی، موکشا و وضعیت پس از مرگ را حکم می کند.

How to Judge a Horoscope is a departure from the conventional method of treatment of astrology. It is a study in the use of Horoscope in every man`s daily life. The work in two volumes is divided in twelve houses, containing six each in consecutive order. The twelve houses have reference to the material relation of soul (jeeva) in its journey from the cradle to the grave. The study of illustrations (charts) makes every point even the omitted rudimentary principles and rules very clear and graspable. Vol II deals with house VII to XII. The Seventh House represents wife, husband, marriage, sexual diseases, business partner, diplomacy, talent and general happiness. The Eight House indicates longevity, legacies, disgrace, degradation and details pertaining to death. The Ninth rules father, righteousness, religion, fame leadership, Journeys and communications with spirits. The Tenth indicates occupations, profession, honours, foreign travels and means of livelihood. The Eleventh represents means of gains, elder brother and freedom from misery. The Twelfth rules losses, expenditure, sympathy, divine knowledge, moksha and the state after death.
