سومین کنگره سه ساله انجمن بین المللی بیماری های مری (lSDE) در سپتامبر 1986 در مونیخ به ریاست جی رودیگر سیورت برگزار شد. این نشست بسیار خوب سازماندهی شده و تاریخ ساز بخشی از هفته بین المللی مری بود و همزمان با کنفرانس بین المللی بیماری های مری، گروه مطالعات اروپایی بیماری های مری (GEEMO) و سازمان بین المللی مطالعات آماری مری برگزار شد. بیماری ها (OESO). من بسیار خوشحالم که امکان انتشار مجموعه مقالات کنگره به این سرعت فراهم شده است. مشکلات مرتبط با بیماری های مری چند وجهی است، که به طور قابل توجهی با توجه به محل متفاوت است. بنابراین مطالعه آنها نیاز به یک انجمن بزرگ بین المللی دارد که یکی از اهداف پایه گذاری ISDE است. امیدواریم این جلد با توجه به گزارش های عمیق و به روز موجود در آن بتواند در پیشبرد کارهایی که در این زمینه انجام می شود نقش داشته باشد. در نهایت مایلم از پروفسور سیورت و دکتر هولشر به خاطر مشارکتشان در موفقیت کنگره قدردانی کنم. کیوشی اینوکچی، M.D.، F.A.C.S. رئیس ISDE مقدمه دانش علمی در مورد بیماری های مری و درمان آنها در 10 سال گذشته به سرعت توسعه یافته و افزایش یافته است. کتاب حاضر در سال 1987 به بازتولید وضعیت موضوعی در مورد آسیب شناسی، پاتوفیزیولوژی، تشخیص و درمان بیماری های خوش خیم و بدخیم مری می پردازد.


توضیحاتی درمورد کتاب به خارجی

The third triennial congress of the International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus (lSDE) was held in Munich in September 1986 under the presidency of J. Rudiger Siewert. The very well organized and epoch-making meeting was part of the International Esophageal Week and was held in conjunction with the International Conference of Esophageal Diseases, the European Study Group of Diseases of the Esophagus (GEEMO), and International Organization for Statistical Studies of Esophageal Diseases (OESO). I am very pleased that it has been possible to publish the proceedings of the congress so rapidly. The problems associated with diseases of the esophagus are multifaceted, varying considerably according to locality; their study thus neces sitates a large international forum, which is one of the founding aims of the ISDE. We hope that this volume, by virtue of the in-depth and up-dated reports it contains, can playa role in advancing the work being done in this field. Finally I should like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Professor Siewert and Dr. Holscher for their contribution toward the success of the congress. Kiyoshi Inokuchi, M.D., F.A.C.S.
