This volume contains the proceedings of the Eighth
International Symposium on Cyclodextrins, held in Budapest,
Hungary, March 31-April 2, 1996.
The 147 papers collected here are milestones in the
exponentially increasing cyclodextrin literature, and
represent a summary of the last two years' achievement in
this field, with applications in such diverse disciplines as
pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, textiles, plastics, and
chromatography.
