This volume constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Intelligent Tutoring Systems, ITS 2022, held in Bucharest, Romania, in June 2022. The 14 full papers, 13 short papers and 11 poster papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 50 submissions.
