Guiding Principles for Spatial Development in Germany

مقالات این کتاب حول محور توسعه و تدوین اصول، مفاهیم یا چشم‌اندازهای راهنما برای برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست فضایی متمرکز شده است. در آلمانی ما از اصطلاحی استفاده می کنیم که هنوز در زمینه های بین المللی شناخته شده نیست - Leitbilder. برای مخاطبان غیر آلمانی شاید مهم باشد که بدانند در چارچوب آلمانی ما با یک سیستم نسبتاً پیچیده فدرال سر و کار داریم. در این راستا، این کتاب منعکس کننده استفاده از اصول، مفاهیم یا دیدگاه‌های راهنما – Leitbilder – برای برنامه‌ریزی فضایی و سیاست در سطوح مختلف فدرال است. این شامل سطح اروپایی یا روابط فرامرزی در سطح کلان و سطح خرد جامعه محلی نیز می شود. این شامل تأملات نسبتاً نظری در مورد «فلسفه‌های» در پس چنین مفاهیمی و همچنین تحلیل بسیار ملموس مفاهیم محلی مورد نیاز جوامع محلی با سنت‌ها و پیشینه‌های تاریخی متفاوت است.

The papers of this book are concentrated around the topic of the development and the formulation of guiding principles, concepts or visions for spatial planning and policy. In German we use a term not yet well known in international contexts - Leitbilder. For the non-German audience it might be important to know that within the German context we are dealing with a rather complex federal system. In this regard, this book reflects the use of guiding principles, concepts or visions – Leitbilder – for spatial planning and policy at the different federal levels. This includes the European level or cross-border relations at the macro level and the micro level of the local community as well. It includes rather theoretical reflections about the "philosophies" behind such concepts as well as the very concrete analysis of local concepts required by local communities with different historical traditions and backgrounds.
